Common questions
Does Flying School track maintenance like Flight Schedule Pro?
Partly. Each aircraft carries live Hobbs and tach that roll forward from completed flights, and a maintenance-due Hobbs that blocks new bookings once it is reached. Flight logs carry a squawk flag. We do not offer a full work-order and parts-tracking system, so if deep maintenance management is your primary requirement you should weigh that carefully.
Can we move our student history across?
Students, aircraft, and catalogue come across by CSV import, and we will help with the mapping where the export from your current system is awkward.
Is this only for CASA schools?
The shipped syllabuses are CASA Part 61 and the logbook columns follow the CASA format, so it is built for Australian schools. Everything is editable, but a non-CASA operator would be authoring their own training content.
