Flight checkout and settlement
Checkout is where the flight becomes a record and an invoice. In one drawer the instructor records the flight log, grades the syllabus lessons, and the system prices the flight from the Hobbs time - drawing package hours first, then the account balance, then charging the difference.
What you get

- Package hours drawn at checkout on the time actually flown
- Overage priced at the hourly rate and added to the same invoice
