Flight checkout and settlement

Checkout is where the flight becomes a record and an invoice. In one drawer the instructor records the flight log, grades the syllabus lessons, and the system prices the flight from the Hobbs time - drawing package hours first, then the account balance, then charging the difference.

What you get

  • Billable hours calculated from the Hobbs delta, not the diary slot
  • Package hours drawn at checkout on the time actually flown
  • Overage priced at the hourly rate and added to the same invoice
  • Flight log snapshot written onto the invoice line
  • Take payment by card, terminal, account balance, gift card, or cash
  • Save a draft mid-checkout and complete it later
