Training and progression
Grade the lesson at checkout
Debriefing and record-keeping happen in the same place. When the instructor checks out the booking, the syllabus lessons flown are attached and each unit of competency is scored on your rubric, with optional notes per skill. Nothing is retyped later and nothing gets forgotten.
What you get
- Attach one or more syllabus lessons to the booking being checked out
- Four-point default rubric: Not Attempted, Introduced / Needs Help, Maneuvered / Inconsistent, Proficient / Consistent
- Rubric scale, labels, and colours are configurable per school
- Per-skill notes captured against the individual unit of competency
- Save as a draft mid-debrief and finish later
- Lesson outcome recorded as passed or needs repeat
