CASA syllabuses, pre-loaded

Most flight school software hands you an empty progression module and wishes you luck. Flying School arrives with ten CASA training programs already built out - stages, lessons, units of competency, and milestones - mapped to the CASA Part 61 Manual of Standards. You can fly them as-is on day one, or edit every line.

Ten CASA programs built in - not an empty module

What you get

  • RPL, PPL, and CPL licence programs
  • Night VFR, instrument rating, and multi-engine aeroplane class rating
  • MPPC, formation, and tailwheel endorsements, plus a UPRT operator course
  • Stages and modules with lessons, durations, and required flags
  • Units of competency carrying MOS references such as A3.1, C2, and NTS1.1
  • Milestones such as pre-solo air law, CASR 61.114 medical, and the GEL assessment
  • Restore defaults at any time, or start from a blank program of your own

How it works

  1. Open Progress

The training programs list is already populated with the CASA programs.

  2. Adjust to your school

Rename stages, add lessons, change target scores, or delete what you do not teach.

  3. Register students

Assign each student to one or more programs - a PPL student can also sit on a tailwheel endorsement.

  4. Grade as you fly

Lessons and units of competency are scored at checkout, feeding the student's record.

A closer look

The PPL program ships with milestones, ten pre-solo lessons, and 21 units of competency.

Every lesson carries a code, duration, and required flag.

Units of competency carry their MOS reference and a target score.
