Pricing questions
Do you take a percentage of what our students spend?
No. Flying School charges a subscription. Card payments go directly to Stripe at Stripe's rates, into your own account. Activity booking platforms typically take a fee on every booking, which on flight training revenue adds up to a serious annual number.
Are prices in AUD, and do they include GST?
Prices are in Australian dollars. Subscription prices shown exclude GST.
Is there a setup fee?
No. Your CASA training programs, lesson catalogue, and categories are seeded when the account is created. Fleet plans include assisted migration where the data needs work.
What happens after the trial?
Nothing is charged automatically and no card is required to start. If the trial expires, your data stays put until you decide.
Can we bring students and history across?
Yes - students, aircraft, and catalogue import by CSV, with an import review step before anything is committed. Where the export from your current system is awkward, we will do the mapping with you.
