Workshops, ground school nights, and seminars

Use Events for one-off ground school nights, safety briefings, theory workshops, and ticketed seminars. These are separate from your day-to-day lesson bookings on the calendar. The Events module is included on Growth and Pro plans (sidebar Events).

Typical uses:

• Multi-hour ground school blocks before a flight test
• Safety and human-factors seminars
• Open days and discovery flights sold as ticketed sessions
• Partner presentations with limited seats

Create the event

1. Go to Events and choose Create event (or open an existing draft).
2. Set the title, description, date, location, and whether students can register online.
3. Save as a draft until ticket types and pricing are ready.

Add ticket types

1. Open the event dashboard and add ticket types (for example Student, Member, or Walk-in).
2. Set capacity, online and onsite prices, and the sales window.
3. Publish when you are ready for the public booking page.

Share and sell

1. Use Copy link, Preview Event Page, or the QR code for posters and social posts.
2. Sell online via the branded page, or Sell ticket at the front desk when ticket types exist.
3. Watch the sales dashboard for tickets sold, revenue, remaining capacity, and check-ins.

Run the door

1. Open View participants (roster) for the event.
2. Check attendees in from each row, or use Scan or paste ticket QR then Check in scanned.
3. Take payment, email a ticket, or cancel/refund from the roster when needed.

Draft, Published, Cancelled, and Completed filters keep the events list tidy as the calendar fills up.
