Forms and waivers
Paper medical and indemnity forms get lost. Flying School forms attach answers and signatures to the student profile and the booking.
Create a form
Go to Settings → Forms & Waivers and create a template: health questionnaire, indemnity, or operations briefing. Add text, yes/no, signatures, and required markers.
Require it before a lesson
Attach the form to a lesson type, or send a completion link from the student record. Students complete it on any phone - no app required. Pair forms with booking gates when a current medical or licence must also be on file.
Review at dispatch
Staff open the student profile before the flight to read responses and signed waivers. Updating a template does not change submissions already on file.
